We got big story updates in both Atlantica Online and Dragon Nest this week–funny how these things always seem to come in batches, eh?

I’ll start with Atlantica, since it’s a huge freaking deal: We’re going to Atlantis! After nearly four years of traveling the world, the descendants of the Atlantians have finally discovered the outskirts of Atlantis. The land is abandoned except for the AI-controlled machines left behind by their creators, and there are plenty of mysteries to be solved. If you’re feeling particularly time-bendy, there are also two new classes that begin their journey in Atlantis and get a whole other side of the story: the Atlantian Battlemage and Blademaster. (Seriously, check out the starting quest for these two characters. I put a lot of work into that thing!)

Dragon Nest got a smaller, but still pretty damn juicy update in the Liverwort Liberators patch. The raiders will be excited for Green Dragon Nest Hardcore Mode, but since I’m the story guy, I’m all about the quests around the two new dungeons that were added to Lotus Marsh. I really can’t say much without dropping major huge spoilers, but the story involves meeting a great hero and an old friend.
